Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your order is an offer to buy products under these Terms. All orders must be accepted by us, or we will not be obligated to sell the products to you. We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion, even after a confirmation email has been sent.


2. Prices and Payment Terms

  • Pricing: All prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
  • Exclusions: Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. These will be added to your merchandise total at checkout.
  • Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. You represent that the payment information you supply is true and complete.

3. Shipments, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

  • Logistics: We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

4. Returns and Refunds

Except for items designated as Final Sale (Clearance, Time Deal), we accept returns of unused products within 15 days of receipt.

  • Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Process: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within approximately 15 business days after we receive the merchandise.

5. Manufacturer's Warranty & Disclaimers

We do not manufacture the products offered on our site. Accordingly, all products are provided "AS IS" without any warranty from beauseoul, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. However, products may be covered by the original manufacturer's warranty.

In no event shall beauseoul be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the actual amount paid by you for the products ordered through our site.


7. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: You and beauseoul are agreeing to give up any rights to litigate claims in a court or before a jury. All disputes arising from your purchase will be resolved exclusively and finally by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).


8. Governing Law

All matters arising out of or relating to these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions.

We may provide notices to you via the email address you provide or by posting to the Site. Official notices to beauseoul must be sent via our Chatbot or by certified mail to our corporate address in Santa Fe Springs, CA.
