Return & Refund Policy
At beauseoul, we strive to ensure every part of your beauty journey is seamless. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Policy
- Request Period: Return requests must be submitted within 15 business days of the delivery date. Please contact our Chatbot to register your return form.
- Conditions for Return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (including all seals and tags).
- Incomplete or used returns may be refused at our discretion.
- Fees: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Final Sale Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges for 'Time Deal' or 'Clearance' items. These are considered Final Sale.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
- Please submit a request via our Chatbot with a photo of the item as proof.
- Once verified, we will immediately provide a replacement with a prepaid shipping label or issue a full refund.
3. Refund Process
Once our team confirms your return, you may choose one of the following refund methods:
- beauseoul Points: Refunded as store credit (100 Points = $1 USD). Points can be used immediately like cash for your next purchase.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original account (Visa, PayPal, etc.). Please allow up to 14 business days for the transaction to reflect on your statement.
4. Important Notices
- Skin Reactions: We do not offer refunds or returns for allergic reactions or adverse skin conditions. We recommend reviewing the ingredient list or performing a patch test before full use.
- Discretion: All exchanges and returns are subject to validation and approval by the beauseoul team. We reserve the right to reject requests that do not meet our policy standards.
