At beauseoul, we deliver the essence of Seoul directly to your doorstep. Each package is prepared with care to ensure your beauty ritual begins perfectly.

1. Shipping General

  • Origin: All beauseoul orders are curated and dispatched directly from our warehouse in Seoul, South Korea.
  • Processing Time: We take great care in preparing your beauty ritual. Orders are typically handed over to the carrier within up to 5 business days after order collection is completed.
  • Address Restrictions: Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Box, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
    • Note: An automated system message may persist even after you enter a valid address. As long as you can proceed to the next step, your order will be processed normally.

* Free shipping applies only to Beauty categories. K-Pop goods (including albums) are excluded.


3. Customs & Import Duties

  • U.S. & Canada: Customs duties are automatically calculated and included in your order total at checkout. No additional charges upon delivery.
  • Other Countries: Customs taxes and fees are not included in the price. These are the customer's responsibility.
  • Refusal: We are not responsible for refunds if a package is refused due to customs issues.

4. Order Limits

To prevent customs delays, we limit orders to a maximum of $500 USD. For larger purchases, please place two separate orders.


5. Delivery Failure & Lost Parcels

  • Lost Parcels: Inform us within 21 days of the 'Delivered' status. Refunds are only possible if the carrier officially declares it "Lost."
  • Stolen Packages: beauseoul is not responsible for packages stolen after successful delivery.
  • Address Error: If a package is returned/disposed of due to an incorrect address, a refund is not possible.
